Our Services

Context and Systems Analysis

We conduct integrated, mixed-method assessments to provide in-depth understanding of local systems and vulnerabilities. Our studies include SMART and SQUEAC surveys, Environmental and Climate Risk Assessments, Cost of the Diet (CotD) analyses, and resilience diagnostics. We also design and facilitate Root Cause Analyses, Capacity and Needs Assessments, and IYCF Surveys to ensure that decision-making and program design are grounded in local realities and evidence-based prioritization.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning

ProSol builds real-time, digital, and participatory MEL systems that support adaptive management and organizational learning. We provide external evaluations, performance tracking, and impact assessments aligned with Results-Based Management (RBM) and donor standards. Our frameworks enhance transparency, accountability, and measurable results.

Program Design and Strategy

We design evidence-based, inclusive, and climate-smart interventions that connect humanitarian response to long-term systems strengthening. ProSol’s design process emphasizes participation, inclusivity, and contextual relevance, turning data into actionable strategies with clear pathways to sustainability. This includes Response Analysis, Action Planning, Work Plan Development, and Proposal Design for partners seeking integrated, forward-looking programming that bridges emergency response with system strengthening.

Knowledge and Capacity Exchange

We promote capacity exchange and peer learning to strengthen institutions and local systems. Our team designs and facilitates online and in-person trainings on sustainable agriculture, public health, data analytics, and Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA). We also develop training materials and mentoring programs to embed learning and sustainability. We also conduct Capacity Assessments and help organizations translate assessment findings into targeted training, institutional strengthening, and continuous learning frameworks.
